Entry level high-availability enterprise GIS environments support peak Arc IMS transaction loads up to 48,000 map request per hour with an SDE Server database supporting up to 60 concurrent users. The configuration includes two load-balanced, combination ArcIMS platforms and two clustered ArcSDE Server platforms in a failover configuration. The recommended geodatabase storage configuration supports up to 1 TB of data storage.

Premium Level
Premium level high availability enterprise GIS environments support peak Arc IMS transaction loads up to 48,000 map request per hour with an SDE Server database supporting up to 120 concurrent users. The configuration includes two load-balanced, combination ArcIMS platforms and two clustered ArcSDE Server platforms in a failover configuration. The recommended geodatabase storage configuration supports up to 2 TB of data storage.
